Jim Guinn, II, joined CPSG, Inc. in 2003 to build our Enterprise Solutions Practice. This included developing CPSG’s delivery capabilities and specialization in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Identity – Access Management (IAM) and Data Solutions Architecture. Under Jim’s leadership and the effort of key team members, his practice has become the fastest-growing segment of CPSG’s business -- delivering business-critical enterprise solutions for clients such as CenterPoint Energy, Belo Corporation, BNSF Railway, JC Penney, Safeway and Baylor College of Medicine.

Prior to joining CPSG, Jim was vice president of the Technical Architecture Practice for ONE Community, Inc. -- a national consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. Previous experience was gained with JPMorganChase, where Jim was the vice president responsible for the firm’s Midrange Systems Engineering team for the Southwest region of the United States.

Jim started his career in 1989 with Petroleum Geo-Service (Grant Geophysical) as a systems engineer and ultimately grew to lead the application development team for PGS Data Management US.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Houston.
